End User License Agreement (EULA) · Effective September 25, 2026

Price Watcher is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The terms below add details about the Price Watcher Pro subscription and how the app works. If they ever conflict, Apple's Standard EULA takes priority.

1. The service

Price Watcher checks the public prices of products you add and notifies you about changes. Prices, names and images come from third-party store websites. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that every price is correct, current or available to you. Always confirm the price on the store's website before buying.

2. Price Watcher Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

What you get: watch up to 20 products, check prices up to 4 times a day, and no ads.
Plans: Pro Monthly (renews every 1 month) and Pro Yearly (renews every 1 year). The app shows the current price in your local currency before you buy.
Free trial: if a free trial is offered, the subscription starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Payment: charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price unless we told you about a change in advance.
Managing and cancelling: go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Price Watcher. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds: Apple handles all payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring: tap the crown in the app, then Restore Purchases.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app only for personal, lawful purposes. Don't try to overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service, and don't use it to collect data from websites at scale.

4. Ads

The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for how this works and the choices you have.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, change or stop parts of the service. Some stores may block automatic price checks at any time. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on information shown in the app, or for missed or delayed notifications.
